There is a healing process that takes place after this method of denture replacement, but the teeth will always look natural since the patient has not ever been without teeth. Implants can also be put in place after the extraction also but it will take the patient more time to get used to them as they will feel like foreign bodies in the patient's mouth.

Once you have discussed it with your doctor and are informed what you can expect according to the structure of your mouth, you can then make your knowledgeable choice and have your new permanent dentures.
